About full refund
- A full refund means 100% cancellation of payment with the payment method used for payment.
- You can apply for a full refund directly to the channel team if you have not used it at all within 7 days for all payments made after subscribing to the plan.
- The criteria for use are as follows.
- Roasting history: When there is at least one roasting record as a result of roasting using Firescope
- A full refund is available if all conditions are met above. If you have used the service plan and have not used additional services, Full refund is not possible, please use the partial refund below.

About Partial Refunds
- Partial refund occurs when a subscription that has been used for a certain period is refunded for the remaining period.
- Partial refunds are available only for the entire subscription purchased, and only partial features are non-refundable.
- From the subscription period to the refund date, it will be regarded as used, and the amount excluding the used portion will be refunded.
- If there is a part discounted by a discount coupon or connection system, this part will be deducted as a penalty and refunded.
- If you wish, you can withdraw the refunded amount through direct deposit. In the case of cash conversion, a separate request for cash conversion is required. A 10% fee is charged when withdrawing money.
